Given the consultancy side of our business we can often combine the two disciplines – for instance, a short consulting assignment may help a growing company decide whether to sell, or to grow further by acquisition, following which we can then help achieve the agreed objective. In some cases we may offer to rebate some or all of the fees for an initial consultancy exercise against a subsequent mergers and acquisitions assignment.
